Uncured Bacon (Pork Belly)

The butcher messed up our packaging, and so we are clearing out this pork belly at 25% off -- it still tastes great; it's just twisted in the packaging. 
 
Note: this is uncured bacon, and so you will need to salt it to taste when you cook it.
